Quade Books Return and Refund Policy 

Non-Returnable Titles 

Certain print-on-demand books are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. 

Order Cancellations 

Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. 

Refund Eligibility 

Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the estimated delivery date only if: 
- The order was not shipped by Quade Books. 
- There was an error in fulfilling your order. 
If tracking information has already been issued, refunds are not available. You will be provided with the tracking number to follow up directly with the shipping carrier. 

Purchases Made in Error 

A purchase made in error can only be cancelled if the order has not yet shipped. We encourage you to double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.  

Exchanges 

Exchanges are not accepted for online purchases. 

International Orders 

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be refunded.  

After 30 Days 

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds beyond the 30-day period from the estimated delivery date.
