All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We currently ship within the United States.

Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the size and destination of the package.

Estimated delivery times are typically 3–7 business days from the shipping date, depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

International Shipping

At this time, online checkout is available for U.S. orders only.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and delivery address.

From time to time, Quade Books may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.

 

In-Store Pickup (Aventura Mall)

We offer free in-store pickup at our Aventura Mall location.

 

Select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout to avoid shipping fees.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Orders are typically ready within 1–3 business days.

Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your purchase.

 

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Quade Books is not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Packaging & Special Items

All books and products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Certain special items, art books, or delicate stationery products may require additional protective packaging.

 

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an unsuccessful delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.

Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

 

Carrier Delays – Legal Notice

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Quade Books is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
