Non-Returnable Titles
Certain print-on-demand books are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has left our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the estimated delivery date only if:
- The order was not shipped by Quade Books.
- There was an error in fulfilling your order.
If tracking information has already been issued, refunds are not available. You will be provided with the tracking number to follow up directly with the shipping carrier.
Purchases Made in Error
